RUTH and LIZ used to play in a semi-successful Melbourne band together that dissolved when Ruth moved to the country. Over the intervening years, they’ve pursued their own paths; Ruth writing folk songs, Liz concentrating on experimental ambient music. Liz asks Ruth to come stay with her in Melbourne and help refine her new solo project before recording. Once the two lock-in on their creative process, the music begins to take shape, so too do past grievances and old tensions.
